Just follow these three simple steps to set up your direct debit!

 

1. Complete the form below to apply for one of our direct debit Coaching Plans. Once submitted, you will be added to our system ready to be booked to your selected course(s).

2. We will send you a copy of the direct debit terms and conditions along with a link to complete a mandate form to set up your monthly payments.

3. Once the mandate has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email and you will be ready to play!
