Adult Coaching
Our adult coaching sessions aim to provide players with quality time on court, giving you the best opportunity to reach your goals. The information below should help you to find which session is the most suitable for you.
Levels/Standards
BEGINNERS
For players new to the sport. Beginners sessions are the perfect introduction into tennis, allowing you to learn the basics in a fun and social environment. Low compression balls are used to allow players to play and compete from their first session.
IMPROVERS
For players who have progressed from our beginners sessions or are coming back to the sport after a while out. Players will improve basic techniques and tactics.
INTERMEDIATES
For players who have played a fair amount of tennis and already have the ability to serve, rally and compete in a friendly game of singles or doubles. A great chance for you to take your game to the next level.
ADVANCED
Our advanced sessions are for competitive players who are experienced in tournaments and team matches. These sessions allow you to work on the tactical element of your game and any fine tweaks needed to get the most out of your strokes.
Sessions
Adult Coaching (Day times)
Sessions are delivered as 'Ladies Coaching', 'Mens Coaching' or mixed 'Adult Coaching'. Session themes are delivered according to the needs of the group. If there is anything in particular that you would like to work on, just let the coach know and they will aim to incorporate it into their plans.

Adult Coaching (Evenings)
On Monday & Thursday evenings, we run coaching groups for Beginners Improvers and Intermediates.. The sessions are 60 minutes long and give you a mixture of technical and tactical tips to help you to improve your game and your fitness.

Cardio Tennis
A session based around playing tennis to music. The aim is to keep your heart rate up through hitting tennis balls and having fun! Open to abilities, this is a great way for beginners to get into the sport and for stronger players to improve their fitness.

Levels: Beginner, Improver, Intermediate & Advanced
Team Practice
​
This session is strictly for players that regularly compete for the Club's Team's. Drills are set up to help teams to improve areas of weakness before having the opportunity to practice singles and doubles with others of a similar ability. Speak to your team captain to get involved.
